At Dr. Ted Filandrianos & Associates, we provide in-house implant placement and restorations, so you don’t need to be referred out. Not a candidate yet? Our in-house periodontist can perform bone grafting or sinus lifts to rebuild the foundation for future implants. With 3D imaging, a compassionate team, and decades of experience, we’ve made the entire process seamless and comfortable.

Here's what to expect

1

Consultation & Imaging

We start with a full-mouth exam and CBCT 3D imaging to assess bone levels, neighboring teeth, and gum health. If additional prep is needed (like an extraction, bone graft, or sinus lift), our in-house periodontist can perform those procedures in coordination with your implant plan.

2

Surgical Implant Placement

Using 3D-guided technology, we place the implant directly into the jawbone for optimal stability and healing. When possible, we also place the abutment (the post that connects your crown) in the same visit.

3

Healing & Integration

Over the next few months, your implant will naturally integrate with your jawbone. During this time, temporary restorations can be provided for function and appearance.

4

Final Restoration

Once healing is complete, we restore your implant with a custom crown, bridge, or full-arch prosthetic. With our in-office CEREC system, we can even deliver same-day restorations in select cases.

If you’re missing teeth and in good overall health, you may be a great candidate. Even if you’ve experienced bone loss, our team can often perform bone grafting or sinus augmentation to prepare the site for successful placement.

If extraction is necessary, we’ll handle it in-house with precision and care. Once the site has healed—or sometimes even same-day—we can place your dental implant as part of a seamless treatment plan.

We can rebuild weak or brittle bone using grafting techniques or sinus lifts, depending on the location. These procedures allow us to safely place implants even in areas with bone loss.

It depends on your case. For some patients, it’s possible to place implants and restorations in a single visit. For others, it may take a few months including healing time after preparatory procedures.
